WARRANTY & RETURNS
Ashburn offers a limited warranty for defects in the craftsmanship or materials used. The warranty is valid against manufacturing defects for 1 years after the purchase date. Purchases must be made from an authorized Ashburn dealer. Purchases from unauthorized dealers or resellers will not qualify for the warranty. If the watch is not assembled correctly or there are material defects, we will replace or repair at our discretion. Normal wear and tear is not covered under the warranty. Batteries, crystal, watch case, strap, bracelet, loss and theft are not covered under the warranty. Watches not rated for waterproofing will not be covered if exposed to water. If the watch is rated for waterproofing, please refer to the limitations and depths of that particular model. Misuse will not be covered under the warranty (such as pushing buttons underwater). Proof of purchase is necessary for all warranty claims, as well as service repairs so make sure to hold on to your receipts. Warranty will be voided if the caseback has been opened, or if the watch is misused or shows signs of excessive use.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return the product at your expense and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one of equal value. Products can be returned for up to 30 days from the purchase date. You must have a receipt and order number to file a return. The product must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
